How can I come out from depression?

A huge part of depression is feeling really lonely, even if you're in a room full of a million people.

Depression symptoms:

• Feel like crying without any cause. 
• In depression, you feel very worried and nervous to start the day.
• Every time negative thought comes to mind.
• Get irritated for small reasons. 
• Don't feel like doing any task. 
• Depression time you will feel like that nobody adores me.
• Short tempered or touchy
• Don't feel like to eating or dressing myself properly. 
• Wants to stay alone. 
• In depression, you feel low confidence.
• Don't want to hear even very small sound. 
• Not getting proper sleep and Many more. 

But if you’re willing to take action and be patient, you can beat depression and make your dream life.

Get High Quality Sleep:-

You’d be surprised at how enormous of an effect sleep has on your mental health, psychological wellness and prosperity. If you aren’t presently taking 7.5–9 hours of high quality sleep, then this is the only thing you should focus on in order to start overcoming depression. Now consider that similar studies were conducted with subjects who received more than sufficient high quality sleep. The results were: 

• Improved memory. 
• Lower systemic inflammation. 
• Improved immune function. 
• Elevated mood. 
• Learning and problem-solving abilities improved.

Exercise Outside for 60 Minutes a Day:-

One of the biggest root of depression is lack of physical activity. As they say, “Motion creates emotion”. 

If you are stagnant and stuck behind a desk all period, it’s hard to stay happy no matter who you are. Study after study after study has illustrated the tremendous significance of quotidian exercise. 

• Decreased depression. 
• Elevated mood, reduced stress, and less anxiety. 
• Improved blood pass to the brain. 
• The creation of new brain cells. 
• Boost memory power. 
• Improved discipline, impulse control, and decision making

I highly suggest that you exercise outdoor if at all possible. Stanford researchers found that walking in nature quantifiable reduced symptoms and feelings of depression among all patients. 

Clean Up Your Diet:-

Most people underestimate the impact that their food choices have on their mental and physical health. Studies have shown that by changing nothing other than their diets, 32% of patients were able to completely eradicate their depression completely. While this might not be a cure all, it’s a huge part of beating depression and living a joyful life. Here are a few standard procedure to get you started. 

• Remove as many processed foods as possible. 
• Eat up slow burning foods such as raw vegetables and fibrous carbohydrates throughout the day to properly regulate glucose levels in the brain. 
• Consume your biggest and maximum carb meal after your workout or at dinner. 
• Eat a very protein and heavy or fat rich breakfast (no carbs).

Spend More Time With People:-

To start getting back out with your friends and family. Start small-scale and set the target of going out with friends once or twice per week. The more time you expend around other people that you enjoy the harder it will be to keep depressed. Ideally, I’d recommend that you catch friends at the gym or at a local workout group since fit people tend to be mentally healthy as well as physically healthy​. 

Use Supplements:-

Most anti depressants are totally ineffective and can actually make things worse before they build them better. If you live in a state with legal marijuana, I recommend talking to a doctor about a medical cannabis prescription as weed is a much easier substance for your body to process than something like Cymbalta and won’t have as significant of an impact on your brain chemistry. I also recommend that you take the following supplements, all of which have been shown to have a positive impact on brain fitness and function.

• Vitamin D3 
• Fish Oil 
• Magnesium 
• Zinc and Copper 

Own depression experience:-

The best way to overcome this is: conduct your brain like a kid who wants to get out of something, but does not know how to. Again and again keep telling yourself that everything would be alright and this too shall pass. Or if nothing is actually wrong, say so to your brain or convince your mind. Do this for five minutes regular morning when you wake up, until you quit getting such anxiety attacks.
