How can I come out from depression?

A huge part of  depression  is feeling really lonely, even if you're in a room full of a million people. Depression symptoms: Feel like crying without any cause.  In depression , you feel very worried and nervous to start the day. Every time negative thought comes to mind. Get irritated for small reasons.  Don't feel like doing any task.  Depression time you will feel like that nobody adores me. Short tempered or touchy Don't feel like to eating or dressing myself properly.  Wants to stay alone.  In depression ,   you feel low confidence. What makes people charming?

How do you get a charming attitude? If you look up "charming" in the dictionary, you'll see that it not only has references to strong attraction, but to spells and magic. Talking less, Talking calmly. It’s not what you say, but how you say it. Always be cool, calm and collected when you speak. A deep voice, that commands you to be heard and to be listened to. Speak in a way of experience. Being respectful towards subordinates and strangers. Maintaining a good eye contact while speaking. Being able to hold eye contact is something we are meant to do, not only is it sexy but it lets the other person know all your attention is on them.
